AMhuman College: A Living Steward of IBHIM Standards in Asia
At AMhuman College, we do not simply follow standards—we carry them with care, adapt them with wisdom, and embody them with soul.
As the mother pioneer affiliated institution of the International Board of Holistic and Integrative Medicine (IBHIM) in Asia, AMhuman is entrusted with a sacred responsibility: to uphold, humanize, and locally root the IBHIM standards in a way that honors both global excellence and cultural depth.
These standards live through us in three vital ways:
• Education as a Ritual of Growth
Our training programs—modular, adaptive, and legacy-based—are designed to nurture not just competence, but calling. They reflect IBHIM’s global benchmarks while honoring the unique rhythms of Asian healing traditions and lifelong learning.
• Credentialing as Affirmation of Purpose
Our credentialing support is more than assessment—it is ceremonial affirmation. Practitioners are guided through competency-based pathways that uphold IBHIM’s rigor while celebrating each healer’s journey with dignity and care.
• Research as a Dialogue with Life
Our research and development initiatives are rooted in inquiry, compassion, and cultural resonance. We advance integrative medicine not just through data, but through stories, rituals, and evidence that speak to the whole human experience.
More Than Affiliation—A Shared Legacy
To say AMhuman is affiliated with IBHIM is true. But deeper still: AMhuman is a living steward of IBHIM standards in Asia. We do not merely adopt—we adapt, enrich, and extend these standards into rituals of care, learning, and legacy.
This is our vow. This is our offering.
Academic Ladder
Climb your academic ladder through nature-centered medicine. Earn trusted naturopathic degrees built on integrity, wellness, and evidence-based integrative science.
The Institute for Advanced Naturopathic and Integrative Medicine Education (AIAMG), an Academy under C D Institute of Learning, stands as a pioneering Filipino-American postgraduate medical school dedicated to university-standard training in naturopathic and integrative medicine. As an Open University, it offers an academic pathway from Doctor of Naturopathy (ND) to Doctor of Integrative Medicine, with a major in Conventional Integrative Medicine.
Academic Rigor and Ladderized Progression
AIAMG delivers a fast-track, non-calendar-based ladderized physician program designed for flexible, university-equivalent learning. Whether completed in two, four, or six years, all diplomas and transcripts are signed by the AIAMG Chancellor and Graduate School Academic Dean, ensuring credibility and academic integrity. Postgraduate enrollees include licensed medical doctors, allied health professionals, and qualified non-health degree holders, all pursuing advanced healing sciences with academic depth.
Graduate Degrees and Inclusive Admissions
The institute consistently produces graduates at the Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctorate levels, celebrated annually through traditional university-style ceremonies. With consent, graduates’ achievements are featured on the official Facebook page and publicly streamed on YouTube, upholding transparency and pride in professional milestones.
Global Reach and Filipino-American Leadership
AIAMG serves practitioners from the USA, Canada, Guyana, Japan, India, Hong Kong, Macau, Cambodia, the Middle East, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Southeast Asia. As the first Filipino-American university-level postgraduate school in integrative naturopathy, it champions inclusivity, bridging modern medical science with time-honored naturopathic principles. Its core curriculum aligns with evidence-based, conventional integrative medicine, reinforcing the synergy between natural healing and medical innovation.
Distinctive Institute-Rooted Curriculum
Operated under the AMHUMAN International of Integrative Medicine Group Graduate School, AIAMG delivers a fast-track, post-baccalaureate academic framework rooted in seminary tradition. Distinct from many distance learning institutions, it upholds rigorous academic standards and spiritual integrity, forming healing professionals equipped for clinical practice and meaningful community service. These accelerated pathways are designed for individuals committed to excellence and purposeful leadership in integrative medicine.
Enrollment and Certification
Tailored to working professionals, AIAMG’s NMD program can be completed within one academic year on a fast-track basis. Enrollment slots are limited and prioritized for candidates with relevant experience or degrees. Specialized tracks for MDs and master’s degree holders streamline entry to the NMD program, while other applicants follow guided pathways based on professional background evaluation.
Annual Graduation – A Crown of Glory
Each year, AIAMG honors its graduates—the “Crown of Glory”—through formal ceremonies that reflect the dignity and honor of medical and educational achievement. These events symbolize the institution’s enduring dedication to academic tradition and community recognition.
Doctoral Entry and Academic Framework
The Academy for Advanced Naturopathic and Integrative Medicine—under the AMHUMAN International of Medicine Group—offers a rigorous post-baccalaureate medical program grounded in seminary-rooted education. Admission requires a completed bachelor’s degree, with master’s-level credentials further strengthening academic standing.
Accelerated Curriculum and Ladderized Learning
Regardless of program duration—two, four, or six years—students may complete the Doctor of Naturopathy (ND) in as little as six months to one academic year through a non-calendar-based system. Progression is determined by the completion of curriculum requirements rather than fixed timelines, allowing highly motivated learners to advance at their own pace.
Flexible Study with Optional Clinical Residency
Delivered through the Open University system, AIAMG’s modules are accessible worldwide, enabling guided independent study for learners in diverse locations. Optional clinical sessions and residential classes are arranged individually, ensuring a balance between flexibility and hands-on experience tailored to each student’s needs.
Structured Clinical Pathways
Student training is supported through clerkships and internships with partner hospitals and clinics via Memoranda of Agreement (MOAs). Medical missions and community-based service offer alternative forms of clinical training. While ND students may choose to participate in clinical exposure, NMD candidates are required to fulfill mandatory clinical rotations.
Doctor of Medicine (MD) Practical Requirement
In the fifth year of the MD program, candidates are required to establish and operate a private clinic for six to twelve months, providing services to the public under supervision. This real-world experience strengthens professional competence and fosters ethical engagement with the community.
Filipino-American Leadership in Integrative Medical Education
As the first Filipino-American university-standard postgraduate medical school in Integrative Naturopathy, AIAMG blends academic rigor with global relevance. Its curriculum prepares professionals to address evolving health needs through evidence-based integrative approaches.
Institutional Commitment to Global Standards
AIAMG enforces a tiered academic ladder: a bachelor’s degree is required for master’s entry, and a completed master’s degree is necessary for doctoral progression. This ensures that all graduates earn respected, globally recognized credentials backed by both academic integrity and professional credibility.
AIAMG: Honoring Excellence in Integrative Medical Education
Rooted in tradition and aligned with global academic standards, AIAMG offers Bachelor’s to Doctorate degrees through flexible, fast-track programs. Graduates embody holistic healing—addressing mind, body, and spirit—while upholding compassion, competence, and cultural understanding. With annual graduation ceremonies and post-graduation support, AIAMG equips practitioners to establish clinics, serve communities, and promote wellness worldwide. Every credential awarded reflects genuine merit and a deep commitment to human flourishing.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
Recognition of Prior Learning, or RPL, is a progressive principle in education that acknowledges the knowledge, experiences, and competencies an individual has acquired—even if these were not gained through formal schooling. Instead of starting from scratch, one's lived experience is credited toward academic advancement.
1. Community Service
→ Examples: Barangay health workers, church-based counselors, or wellness volunteers with actual service experience.
→ In RPL, their service may be credited as part of practicum or foundational modules.
2. Informal Education
→ Examples: Seminars, workshops, online trainings, or mentorship programs not accredited by the government but with clear learning outcomes.
→ In RPL, these are recognized as part of academic progress if there is evidence of mastery.
3. Professional Expertise
→ Examples: Practitioners with 10+ years in wellness, aesthetics, education, or entrepreneurship.
→ In RPL, they may bypass basic modules and proceed directly to advanced tracks.
According to the World Bank Report on Adult Learning, RPL-based programs:
RPL is recognized in countries with competency-based education systems such as Australia, Canada, the UK, and New Zealand. In institutions with international accreditation, RPL:
