Prof. Dr. Rosalina DC Amper, PhD, EdD

Dr. Rosalina DC. Amper is a distinguished academic leader whose career spans more than two decades in higher education, school administration, and curriculum development. As College Dean, she is recognized for her visionary leadership, institutional governance, and commitment to fostering academic excellence and global citizenship among students and faculty.  


She holds doctoral degrees in Development Education and Educational Management, providing her with a strong foundation in curriculum leadership, research, policy implementation, and institutional advancement. Her professional journey includes serving as a College Professor for 15 years, a School Administrator for 14 years, and a Secondary School Teacher for 13 years, consistently earning Superior Performance Awards for 27 consecutive years—a testament to her dedication, integrity, and sustained excellence in public service.  


Under her stewardship, the college has achieved recognition in instructional innovation, campus journalism, research excellence, sports development, and environmental programs. She has guided students and faculty toward national and international achievements, including championship titles in academic contests, research competitions, and global conferences.  


Dr. Amper’s leadership is marked by her unwavering commitment to continuous professional development, capacity building, and transformative education. Her legacy as College Dean reflects not only her managerial competence but also her enduring passion for empowering learners and educators to thrive in a rapidly changing world.

Ltsg. Dr. Reymark Coloma Mamuad, IMD, CBS,IPHM, RCT, PhD

LTSG. Dr. Reymark Coloma Mamuad,IMD,CBS,PhD is a distinguished Professional Military Chaplain, Board-Certified Psychotherapist, Functional Medicine Practitioner, and Integrative Medicine Doctor, recognized by the Integrative Physicians Academy Specialty Board. With more than seven years of professional practice in natural medicine, psychotherapy, and holistic wellness, he has cultivated expertise in nutrition, herbal medicine, stress management, and mindfulness. His academic foundation is equally extensive, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from the University of Saint Louis (2013), a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Mary the Queen College, Quezon City (2017), and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Major in Marketing Management, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude (2021). He completed his Doctorate in Integrative Medicine at the University of Minnesota (2024), earned the Commander Diploma in Military Chaplaincy at IBMS-NCPC (2025), and attained multiple Doctor of Philosophy degrees in Integrative Studies, Philosophy and Theology, and Peace Education through the FBST-TBBC Ecclesiastical Program (2025). Currently, he is pursuing a Master in Management, major in Educational Management at the Philippine Christian University, further strengthening his qualifications in institutional leadership and governance. Beyond his academic achievements, Dr. Mamuad serves as Co-owner and Company Doctor of AKEMI Aesthetics Clinic and Holistic Wellness Centre, and as Founder and Chairman of Amhuman College Integrative Sciences and Civic Arts Inc., a globally accredited, ISO-certified higher education institution partnered with international universities. His career reflects a profound dedication to scholarship, civic service, and the advancement of integrative sciences, blending ceremonial dignity, legal precision, and visionary leadership in both professional and academic domains.

Dr. Mark Phillip C. Sosing,MPH,MD

a physician (Internal Medicine) whose career reflects perseverance, service, and a deep commitment to caring for others. Born in Nasugbu, Batangas, he was shaped by values of faith, discipline, and community that continue to guide his practice. From his early academic achievements to his residency in Internal Medicine at Las Piñas General Hospital, where he served as Chief Resident, he has consistently combined competence with compassion while engaging in medical education, research, and professional development.

Today, Dr. Sosing serves as a medical consultant and college professor at AmHUMAN College of Integrative Science and Civic Arts, Inc., bridging clinical practice with healthcare leadership and education. As a Certified Hospital Administrator, Diplomate in Healthcare Leadership and Management, and Diplomate in Internal Medicine, he advances institutional governance while nurturing future professionals. At the heart of his work, he believes medicine is about trust, dignity, and hope — ensuring that patients, students, and institutions alike experience care that is both professional and profoundly human.

Eric Tabirao, LPT, CEMP

a Licensed Professional Teacher and Certified Event Management Professional. He is the Co‑Owner of AKEMI Aesthetics Clinic and Holistic Wellness, where he advocates for beauty, wellness, and holistic self‑care. He currently serves as Vice President of AMHUMAN International Group, contributing to initiatives that promote leadership and human development. With experience in the entertainment industry as a former talent host of PinoyFlix and Vice Chairman of AMHUMAN Entertainment, he showcases his skills in media, public engagement, and organizational leadership.

Today, Eric serves as the College Registrar of AmHUMAN College, where he oversees academic records, enrollment, and compliance processes with professionalism and integrity. His diverse background in education, wellness, leadership, and entertainment allows him to bridge administrative governance with human‑centered service. Through his work, he continues to inspire and empower individuals, ensuring that AmHUMAN College embodies excellence, transparency, and holistic development.

Dr. Jesus Llanera Bitantes, IMD,ADS,PhD

a dedicated naturopathic medicine doctor and holistic wellness practitioner whose work bridges Eastern healing traditions with Western medical approaches, with expertise in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture, Naturopathy, Herbal Medicine, Psychology, Lifestyle Medicine, and Integrative Therapies. He is a mentor, educator, and life coach, holding a PhD in Naturopathy and certifications in acupuncture detoxification, massage therapy, Sharia halal-compliant wellness, and integrative medicine, with advanced studies across Asia and internationally, and affiliations with accredited institutions such as Ateneo TCM, the Philippine Integrative & Complementary Medicine Academy, and the National Acupuncture Detoxification Association.

Dr. Libert A. Acibo is a multi-awarded Filipino educator, visionary academic leader, and global fellow whose career spans more than three decades of transformative service in higher education, research, and civic leadership. He holds advanced degrees including a Doctor of Education from Manuel L. Quezon University, a Doctor of Humanities from Logos International University, and a Post-Doctoral specialization in Strategic Management Leadership from Philippine Christian University.

His distinguished administrative journey includes serving as Vice President for Academics, Dean, Registrar, and Quality Assurance Director in leading universities such as City of Malabon University, Manuel L. Quezon University, and All Nations College. As a professor, he has shaped generations of scholars in premier institutions including Philippine Christian University, University of the East, Centro Escolar University, San Sebastian College-Recoletos, and Jose Rizal University.


Dr. Acibo’s global impact is affirmed by his fellowship titles with the Royal Institution of Singapore, where he is recognized as Doctor Fellow and Senior Fellow in education, research, and management. His scholarly works—ranging from poverty alleviation programs and transformational leadership to organizational effectiveness and educational management—have been published and presented internationally, including in Singapore and Indonesia.


He has been honored with prestigious distinctions such as the Trailblazer Award, Asia-Pacific Topnotch Man Achiever, Golden Eagle Award, Dangal ng Bayan, and most recently the AmHUMAN International Vanguard Award 2025, underscoring his excellence in education, civic service, and global leadership.

Dr. Antonio Villa Callueng, PhD,EdD

Dr. Antonio Villa Callueng is a trailblazing transgender woman whose career spans education, advocacy, and media. She currently serves as a Professor at AmHUMAN College, Graduate School Professor at FBST/TBBC Graduate Studies, Vice President for School Operations at VH College, and Marketing Director of ODB Montessori School. She also holds dual leadership roles as Vice President for Academic Affairs and Marketing Director at Lord Jesus Blessed Academy.

A certified professional educator and multi-awarded figure across Asia, Dr. Callueng is celebrated as the First Transgender Woman Host of Zayaw Philippines, a Guinness World Record-holding program, and the First Transgender Woman Zumba Educational Specialist in the Philippines. Her dynamic presence in both academic and public spheres reflects her commitment to inclusive education and LGBTQ+ empowerment.

Dr. Callueng graduated with honors from Holy Spirit of Mt. Carmel School, and earned her Bachelor of Secondary Education (Major in Social Studies, Minor in TLE) from New Era University. She completed her Master of Arts in Education (Administration and Supervision) and a second Master’s in Social Studies at FEAST International, where she also earned her Doctor of Philosophy in Education (Administration and Supervision). She has been conferred 10 Honorary Doctorate Degrees (Honoris Causa) by local and international institutions in recognition of her contributions to education and advocacy.

Her life’s work is anchored in the belief that education must be inclusive, transformative, and rooted in moral courage. She continues to teach, lead, and inspire—especially within the LGBTQ+ community and among persons deprived of liberty.

OF EDUCATION ADMINISTRATION AND SUPERVISION

Dr. Julieta Pavia Sese,PhD,EdD

Dr. Julieta Pavia Sese is a Filipino educator, scholar-practitioner, and advocate of inclusive lifelong learning with over three decades of service in public education. She currently serves as District Alternative Learning System (ALS) Coordinator under the Department of Education, leading initiatives that expand access for out-of-school youth and adult learners.

She began her teaching career in 1994, spending 18 years in classroom instruction before transitioning to ALS leadership in 2012. Since then, she has strengthened community-based learning programs, supervised ALS implementers, and championed inclusive education for marginalized learners.

Dr. Sese holds a BS in Agricultural Education (Crop Science) from Bicol University, pursued graduate studies in educational leadership and management, and completed her Doctor of Christian Education, Major in Administration and Supervision at Fundamental Baptist School of Theology Educational Consortium in 2025, graduating with Meritisimus (High Honors).

Her research focuses on learning delivery models and adult education, including her current study on ALS accreditation success in San Mateo, Rizal. She has been recognized with multiple awards, including the Gawad Kampilan 2019 – Most Outstanding ALS Teacher, and the Outstanding ALS Mentor and Educator Award from Pacific Global Human Awards.

Through her work as an educator, mentor, and researcher, Dr. Sese continues to champion inclusive, transformative, and lifelong learning, advancing alternative education nationally and globally.

OF TECHNOLOGY AND LIVELIHOOD EDUCATION AND LEGAL STUDIES

Dr. John Paul A. Deluna, PhD, MCED, LPT,EdD

Dr. John Paul A. Deluna is an accomplished academic leader and licensed professional teacher whose career reflects a deep commitment to education, service, and moral integrity. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Technology and Livelihood Education (Secondary Education) from New Era University in June 2016, followed by advanced theological and educational training at the Fundamental Baptist School of Theology. He completed his Master of Christian Education, specializing in Administration and Supervision, in January 2025, and is set to confer his Doctor of Christian Education with the same specialization in September 2025.

A seasoned educator, Dr. Deluna has taught across elementary, junior high, and senior high school levels, serving as a Senior High School Professor since 2021 and previously as a School Principal. Licensed in 2017, he has consistently demonstrated excellence in pedagogy and leadership. His dedication extends beyond the classroom: he has volunteered with the Philippine Red Cross (2022), received the “Dangal Makatao Award” from the private organization of the 5th Congressional District of Quezon City, and continues to teach both moral and academic lessons to persons deprived of liberty, embodying education as a tool for transformation.

Guided by integrity, passion, and service, Dr. Deluna stands as a role model for educators and community leaders alike—committed to shaping lives through knowledge, faith, and civic responsibility.

OF VALUES EDUCATION AND YOUTH DEVELOPMENT

Dr. Regie Visitacion, MCed, PhD,EdD

Dr. Regie Visitacion, MCed, PhD, is an accomplished educator, mentor, and advocate for youth development and mental health awareness. She earned her degree in Tourism Management from the University of the Philippines Diliman and later pursued units in Secondary Education, major in Social Studies at Texas College School. Committed to advancing educational leadership, she completed her Master of Christian Education, specializing in Administration and Supervision, at the Fundamental Baptist School of Theology.

Beyond her academic training, Dr. Visitacion is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt, with professional experience in Learning and Development where she empowered learners to enhance communication skills, build confidence, and excel in public speaking. Her advocacy extends to mental health, actively promoting youth well-being through Lusog Isip ng Kabataan in Quezon City and conducting seminars for Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) under the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology.

Currently serving as Faculty Head at Lord Jesus’ Blessed Academy, she mentors students in research and journalism, guiding them in academic excellence and effective communication. Her scholarly interests include research writing, curriculum mapping, and inclusive education practices.

Outside her professional work, Dr. Visitacion finds inspiration in reading, documentaries, and creative writing, which fuel her commitment to lifelong learning and meaningful storytelling. Through her dedication to education, advocacy, and mentorship, she continues to inspire learners and communities to grow, speak with confidence, and pursue a purpose-driven life.

OF TECHNICAL-VOCATIONAL TEACHER EDUCATION

Dr. Nora Villon Manapat, MCED, PhD, LPT,EdD

Dr. Nora Villon Manapat, MCED, PhD, LPT, is a seasoned educator and Technical-Vocational specialist with over 33 years of dedicated service in education and skills training. She earned her Bachelor of Industrial Education, Major in Home Economics from the Technological University of the Philippines, and advanced her expertise through graduate and doctoral studies at the Fundamental Baptist School of Theology, completing her Master of Christian Education (Administration and Supervision) and Doctor of Education (Administration and Supervision). She is set to confer her Doctor of Christian Education, specializing in Administration and Supervision, in September 2025.

Dr. Manapat has built a distinguished career as both a Master Teacher and Vocational Trainer, contributing significantly to the development of learners in the Technical-Vocational-Livelihood (TVL) track. She currently serves as a TVL Trainer at Lord Jesus Blessed Academy, specializing in Bread and Pastry Production NC II, Cookery NC II, and Food and Beverage Services, where she ensures trainees acquire industry-standard competencies through hands-on and online training.

Her public service career spans 43 years at Dr. Josefa Jara Martinez High School, where she excelled in curriculum development, instructional leadership, and learner-centered teaching strategies. She holds multiple TESDA National Certifications, including Trainers Methodology I, Facilitate e-Learning Sessions, Cookery NC II–IV, Bread and Pastry Production NC II, Food and Beverage Services NC II–III, and Housekeeping NC II, reflecting her mastery of both technical skills and instructional methodology.

With her creative teaching style, strong leadership, and lifelong dedication to skills development, Dr. Manapat continues to inspire learners and colleagues alike. Her passion for education and commitment to excellence make her a respected figure in the TVL community and a role model for future educators and vocational trainers.

Dr. Eruel Jilmer Barut, MCED, PhD,DBA

Dr. Eruel Jilmer Barut, MCED, PhD, is an educator and academic leader with expertise in financial management, education administration, and stewardship. He graduated from the National College of Business and Arts with a specialization in Financial Management, where his research was recognized as Best in Thesis for its excellence in conceptualization, execution, and impact.

He has served in both corporate and academic settings, working as an Accounting Staff at Pacific Glass Corporation and later as a Registrar and Payroll Assistant in various institutions, where he demonstrated diligence, integrity, and organizational leadership. Currently, he contributes to Lord Jesus Blessed Academy and teaches senior high school learners, including programs for the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology, reflecting his commitment to inclusive education.

Dr. Barut completed his Master in Christian Education, specializing in Stewardship Administration, and is a recipient of the AMHUMAN International Vanguard Award for Vision, Integrity, and Generational Impact. He is also a graduate of the Doctor of Business Administration at AmHUMAN College of Integrative Sciences and Civic Arts Inc.

Atty. Dr. Fredelina Legarde Espedilla, MD-RPh, JD, PhD, NDM, MPH, MPSDC, FPCHA

Dr. Fredelina Legarde Espedilla is a distinguished multi-disciplinary professional with an extensive background in healthcare, law, and development communication. She holds a Doctor of Medicine from V. Gullas College of Medicine and is a licensed Pharmacist. Her academic journey includes a Masters of Public Health and Doctor of Philosophy in Human Sexuality from the Institute for Advanced Study of Human Sexuality in California, where she was in the Honors’ Program and was the recipient of the scholarship from IASHS Alumni Association. She has also Masters of Professional Studies in Development Communication from UP Los Banos, as well as a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine with a specialization in Integrative Medicine. She also holds a Diploma in Social Studies with Counseling Skills from the International Foundation for the Advancement of Reflective Learning and Teaching from Hague, Netherlands and was 1st honor in her class. In 2025, she achieved her Juris Doctor from the Philippine Law School and successfully passed the Philippine Bar Examination and became a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines in 2026.

Dr. Espedilla’s professional clinical experience is vast, having served as a Medical Director for various diagnostic centers and as a Municipal Health Officer for LGU Libagon. She is highly specialized in Sexual Medicine and Aesthetic Dermatology, having completed advanced fellowships and trainings in Singapore, Australia, and the United States. Additionally, she is a Fellow of the Oriental Medicine Cosmetic Institute and the Philippine College of Hospital Administrators (FPCHA).

Widely known to the public as "Dr. Fritz," she has been a prominent media figure for over three decades. Her media work spans long-standing columns in Sunstar Davao and hosting various health and lifestyle programs for ABS-CBN Davao for 15 years from 1999-2015, including Bantay Lawas and Secrets with Dr. Fritz. Beyond her clinical and media roles, she has served as faculty for numerous academic institutions, teaching Pharmacology, Anatomy, and Obstetrics & Gynecology.

She remains an active member of the Philippine Medical Association, and the Philippine College of Occupational Medicine, among others.
