Dr. Alda Yumul, IMD, PhD

Registered Integrative Medicine Doctor

Dr. Alda Yumul is a multidisciplinary integrative health practitioner whose formation spans clinical sciences, naturopathic medicine, psychospiritual development, and traditional healing arts. Her professional journey reflects a profound commitment to holistic wellness, human development, and natural therapeutics.

She completed her foundational training in Integrative Medicine and Acupuncture at the University of the Philippines – Philippine General Hospital (UP–PGH) in 2008, subsequently becoming a Licensed Acupuncturist in 2009. Her early immersion in energy and consciousness-based modalities includes certification as a Pranic Healer, advanced training in Psychotherapy and Crystal Healing, and the completion of Inner Mind Development under Jimmy Licauco.

Dr. Yumul further strengthened her clinical grounding through Midwifery training at Dr. Jose Fabella Hospital, supported by national certifications including NC II, CMT, and specialized therapeutic bodywork credentials. She is trained as a BMR Practitioner, Dorn Alignment Practitioner, and CMH Moxibustion Therapist, and holds a DOH-LMT license as a massage therapist.

Her naturopathic formation culminated in the Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (DNM) program, which she began on June 8, 2020, and successfully completed on December 13, 2023. During this period, she deepened her expertise in natural therapeutics, botanical medicine, lifestyle medicine, functional assessment, and holistic diagnostics, including formal training as an Iridologist.

As a clinician-entrepreneur, she serves as the Owner and CEO of ACMEY Colonic Hydrotherapy, where she integrates her diverse competencies into a comprehensive wellness practice grounded in natural healing, detoxification, and integrative care.

Continuing her pursuit of advanced clinical excellence, she entered the Doctor of Medicine (MD) program under an international curriculum in January 2024. She is set to graduate on April 19, 2026, marking the completion of her medical formation and further solidifying her role as a physician grounded in both modern clinical sciences and integrative healing traditions.

In addition to her clinical and academic achievements, Dr. Yumul is one of the founders of the Christ Healing Center at La Consolacion College University Manila, established in collaboration with former Philippine Health Secretary Dr. Jaime Galvez Tan—a testament to her enduring commitment to community healing, spiritual development, and integrative health advocacy
