Dr. Dylan Thor Pablo R. Rullan, IMD, ND, CI is a Doctor of Integrative Medicine and a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (Advanced Diploma), with certifications in Iridology and Chiropractic Care. His multidisciplinary training allows him to approach health concerns from a truly holistic perspective, blending natural medicine, functional diagnostics, and personalized care protocols.

Dr. Rullan’s areas of specialization include integrative and functional medicine, chronic pain management, wellness coaching, natural eye cleansing for improved vision, and comprehensive interventions for cancer patients, diabetic individuals, and those suffering from inflammation or chronic constipation. His clinical work is recognized for producing strong and consistent outcomes, especially among patients with complex or long-standing conditions.

He integrates advanced diagnostic and therapeutic tools such as the Quantum Resonance Magnetic Analyzer (QRMA) and Bio Zapper, using them to gain deeper insight into a patient’s internal balance. He designs personalized nutrition plans, food timing protocols, and supplement programs, which he co-formulates with a scientist and medical inventor he collaborates with.

Dr. Rullan completed his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in History at Saint Louis University, and pursued graduate units in Masters in Educational Management and Masters in Business Administration. He communicates fluently in Ilocano, Filipino, and English, allowing him to connect effectively with a diverse community of patients.
