DR. MARC PHILLIP C. SOSING

Internal Medicine 

Dr. Marc Phillip C. Sosing is a physician whose path has been shaped by perseverance, service, and a deep commitment to caring for others. Born and raised in Nasugbu, Batangas, he grew up with strong values of faith, discipline, and community — qualities that continue to guide his practice today.  

From his early years at Nasugbu Christian Faith Academy, where he was recognized for both academic achievement and social relations, Marc showed a balance of intellect and empathy. His curiosity about life sciences led him to De La Salle University–Dasmariñas, where he completed his Bachelor of Science in Biology, Major in Human Biology. Known among peers for his leadership and warmth, he was honored as Mr. Biology and served as Treasurer of the College of Science.  

Driven by a calling to medicine, he pursued his Doctor of Medicine degree at Our Lady of Fatima University and Virgen Milagrosa University Foundation, completing his clerkship at Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center and internship at Medical Center Manila. His residency in Internal Medicine at Las Piñas General Hospital and Satellite Trauma Center was a defining chapter, where he not only honed his clinical expertise but also served as Chief Resident, guiding colleagues with both competence and compassion.  

Beyond the wards, Dr. Sosing has actively engaged in medical education, research, and professional development. He has participated in numerous conventions and trainings — from antimicrobial stewardship and renal care to ethics and emergency medicine — always seeking to expand his knowledge for the benefit of his patients. His dedication has been recognized through awards in academic competitions and case presentations, reflecting both his analytical skill and his human-centered approach to medicine.  

In recent years, Dr. Sosing has embraced leadership in healthcare administration. As a Certified Hospital Administrator (CHA) and Diplomate in Healthcare Leadership and Management, he bridges clinical practice with institutional governance. He is also a Diplomate in Internal Medicine under Amhuman College of Integrative Science and Civic Arts, Inc., and a member of the Philippine College of Hospital Administrators, Inc., underscoring his commitment to advancing healthcare systems in the Philippines.  

At the heart of his work, Dr. Sosing believes that medicine is not only about treating illness but about nurturing trust, dignity, and hope. Whether at the bedside, in the classroom, or within hospital leadership, he strives to embody the values of service and integrity — ensuring that every patient and institution he touches experiences care that is both professional and profoundly human.
