She has been a Junior High School Teacher III for 16 years now. Recently took a PhD major in Educational Management at Sandigan Colleges, Inc. She also took 18 units of MA Curriculum Design and Instruction at St. Robert's International School- Cambodia.

Nevertheless, she is the Proprietress, managing her technical business, KRIZPA Fuel Dispenser Repair & Cleaning Services (est. 2018), wherein it offers and provides fuel dispenser operational maintenance services to in-need distinct and generic gasoline stations all over the Philippines. She is also a Technical Contractor of TWA Inc.- Flying V (est. 2019) and of Bicol Isarog Transport System Inc. (est. 2022) within the Luzon Area only.

In maintaining her career, she received several achievement awards, such as Most Outstanding Book Author Award (ETCOR 2025), Most Outstanding Published Author Award (IJOINED ETCOR 2025), Most Outstanding (Research) Presenter Award (ETCOR 2024), DepEd- BHNHS Gawad Parangal Outstanding Teacher (2023), Thailand International Leadership Award (2023), 4th APAETI Guro Excellence Award (2023), Salindunong Outstanding Educator of the Philippines (2023), 7th Asia Pacific Luminare Award, Asia’s Empowered Woman Entrepreneur of the Year (2023), and Asia’s Royal Award (2023). She has several writing career experiences, such as Division of Quezon City Module Writer (2020-2023), Filipino and Araling Panlipunan Grade 9 Level School-based Quality Assurance Language Evaluator (2020-2023). She had some authorship publications, such as Malapit na Ngunit Malayo pa (KEW Magazine, 2023), and contributed nine created modules in Filipino 9- ADM Modules (LRMS Google Site of Division of City Schools -Quezon City Publication, 2020- 2023). She also has an online-published research work entitled Strengthening Parental Engagement Towards Academic Performance: Basis for a Proposed Action Plan (ETCOR 2024). She was one of the authors of the 2 books, The Art of Loving a Dragon (©2025), and Mastering Research: From Novice to Expert in the World of Research (©2025). As a leader in her teaching career, she became a Filipino Department Grade 9 Level Coordinator (2016-2020), Filipino Department Club Adviser (2013-2014), and a Tagisan ng Talino Team Coach (2011-2014).
